There’s nothing more exciting for a publisher as the year comes to an end than reading Best Of lists and scouring for our titles. 2015 has been a particularly kind year with a hefty crop Angry Robot titles appearing in lists all over the internet. We’ve decided to collect some of them here for your pleasure – post in the comments if there are any other titles you’d add to your favourites of 2015 list!

A Monday Morning Book Delivery

There are no prizes for guessing one of the best aspects of publishing: all of the books. So you can imagine our excitement on returning to work after the weekend and being confronted with a mass of boxes from our UK distributor. Barely able to contain his excitement, our Robot Overlord Marc dived in and was quickly surrounded by piles of new books Empire AscendantMythmaker and The Flux, plus speedy reprints of The Dragon EngineTime Salvager and If Then. It’s kept him quiet almost all day, too.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks on the orbiting death engine, with September titles being published and blog tours in full flow.

Cover Reveal: The Dragon Engine

Do you love an ass-kicking dragon that could beat Smaug in a fight any day? How about an ass-kicking dragon that could beat Smaug and appear to be made from metal? Well, in that case you’re going to love the new cover for Andy Remic‘s forthcoming novel, The Dragon Enginewhich features the most excellent metal bodied, red eyed, fiery mouthed giant lizard around. The cover was designed by the brilliant Lee Gibbons. More Books from Jay Posey and Andy Remic

Following yesterday’s successful #RobotReboot with the publication of Carrie Patel‘s The Buried LifeFerrett Steinmetz‘s Flex, and a slick MM re-issue of Ramez Naam‘s Nexus, we are delighted to pass on some more good news: we have signed up both Jay Posey and Andy Remic for more fantastic books.

Jay Posey will finish out his acclaimed Duskwalker trilogy, with Dawnbreaker, in August 2015 and will release Outriders, a military SF novel, in 2016.

Andy Remic’s titles, The Dragon Engine and Twilight of the Dragons, are set in the same world as his Rage of King series, and will start with The Dragon
