But Hurricane Relief Bookstore (brainchild of Fireside Fiction Company) has come up with a bit of a novel (fnar) way for you to help those affected in Houston, Florida and the Caribbean; donate money in return for a sparkly new book: an online bookstore.

Prices for your favourite title vary, but 100% of profits will be to charity. The list includes Angry Robot titles by wonderful authors such as Dan Abnett, Kameron Hurley, Wesley Chu, Jay Posey and

Angry Robot Does CONvergence

A dispatch from our own Robot-at-Large, Mike Underwood:

“The first week of July, Phil Jourdan and I strapped into our Robot Rockets and hurtled through the sky toward the Twin Cities for CONvergence, an excellent fan-run convention totalling around 7000 fabulous fans. But we were far from alone. Seven of our intrepid authors joined us for a weekend of spreading the word about All Things Angry and Robotic.

Anne Lyle, Alyc Helms, Carrie Patel, Craig Cormick, Ishbelle Bee, Patrick S Tomlinson, and Wesley Chu (a CONvergence Guest of Honor!) formed our Angry Robot author detachment for the weekend, speaking

If there’s one thing that the Angry Robot horde love to do, it’s to crawl out of our writing holes and have a chat. Partially it’s because we need to see the light of day and socialise after a hard few months of writing, but also it’s because we love you guys. You keep us doing what we do.

So that’s why we’re all over the place this year at various conventions, exhibitions and festivals. Below is a list of where the we’ll be throughout 2015, so if you want to pop down and say hi, or you’re in the

Angry Robot Live! #3 Recap

Greetings, Robot Army!

Yesterday I assembled four amazing authors to the Angry Robot orbital platform for a discussion of long-term world domination planning.

*receives memo*

Oh, how silly of me. That was the other meeting. What I meant to say is that we were talking about Series Writing  – how to do it, why so many writers work in series, and how to make each work in a series stand on its own and/or build a larger story.

The panelists were Adam Christopher, Anne Lyle, Carrie Patel, and Chuck Wendig.

You can watch (or re-watch) the video
