The fabulous peeps over at SFBook.com ran a survey during to December to determine their Book of the Year, 2010. They took each of their 2010 Books of the Month and offered them up to public vote.

813 votes were cast, and 3 Angry Robot titles garnered 404 of them! Pretty good, considering we only published for 6 months of last year!

In 6th place, was The World House by Guy Adams (published in the US next month).

In 3rd place was Amortals by Matt Forbeck.

And the winner (with 24.4% of the totals votes) was
The Road to Bedlam by Mike Shevdon.

Congratulations, Mike, and also to SFBook.com, who ran a fun contest!

  1. That’s what we like to hear.. 🙂

  2. Wheeee! I’d best start saving up – this could become VERY costly. I have zero impulse control when it comes to books…

  3. Hi Lesley,

Contract negotiations wit Amazon UK have now concluded, so I would expect our entire range to be available soon. We’ll blog as soon as they’re up.

    Happy New Year!

  4. I would love to buy The Road to Bedlam and Amortals but you still haven’t released them for kindle in the uk

  5. That’s really cool. Especially since I just, yesterday, picked up Amortals, Sixty-One Nails, and The Road to Bedlam.

Last month I got Edge, Moxyland, and Nekropolis.

IMO, Angry Robot Books has come out with a grand slam of titles and authors. I want, not only to read, but to own nearly every book you have published to date. (when I own them, I can loan them.)

Great selection with fantastic authors. And I really like your attitude!

    Keep on rockin’!
